MotionRGB
Terms
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms cover GridCue Free, GridCue Pro, accounts, billing and use of the software. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
1. About GridCue
GridCue is a Windows companion application for sim racing. These terms cover its simulator integrations, including iRacing, F1 25/26, Assetto Corsa and Le Mans Ultimate. GridCue provides live tools, telemetry displays, configurable overlays and, where available, race discovery, session history and lap analysis. Features and data availability vary by simulator and installed GridCue version; the application and official compatibility information describe which features are available. GridCue operates alongside simulators and does not replace them.
GridCue is an independent third-party product. Simulator names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and identify integrations; they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
2. Free and Pro access
GridCue includes Free functionality and optional GridCue Pro features. The features included in each plan are described on the official GridCue page and inside the application. A signed-in GridCue account is required to use the application. Free comparison allowances and other account-based access limits are linked to your account; reinstalling the application does not reset those records. Applicable limits are shown in the application.
MotionRGB may update, improve or fix GridCue over time. Material changes to a paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in details secure. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses plan or device limits. If you believe an account has been compromised, contact contact@motionrgb.com.
4. GridCue Pro subscription
GridCue Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. The current price, currency, renewal period and included features are shown on the official GridCue page and during checkout before payment.
Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription renews according to the billing period shown at checkout. Billing is managed through Stripe. You can use the GridCue billing portal to review billing information and cancel the subscription. When a cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, Pro access normally remains active until that paid period ends.
5. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. MotionRGB does not store your full payment-card details.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal, refund, price reduction or another remedy, that right still applies. Rules for digital services can depend on when supply begins and what the customer agreed to at checkout.
For a refund, withdrawal or billing request, contact contact@motionrgb.com and include enough information to identify the relevant GridCue account or transaction.
6. Licence and acceptable use
GridCue is licensed to you for personal or otherwise authorised use. You may not resell access, distribute modified builds as GridCue, interfere with account or subscription controls, use the service to attack or disrupt MotionRGB systems, or use the software unlawfully.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that applicable law gives you, including any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Simulator and data limitations
GridCue depends on data made available by the selected simulator, including iRacing, F1 25/26, Assetto Corsa or Le Mans Ultimate, together with your computer, connection and local configuration. Telemetry, race information, calculations, recommendations and overlays can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Different simulators expose different data, so a feature available in one simulator may be unavailable or behave differently in another.
GridCue does not guarantee race results, rating gains, performance improvement, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future simulator update. Lap comparisons, 2D layouts and 3D replays depend on the available recordings and alignment data. Displayed roads, track edges, positions and elevation may be approximate and are not guaranteed to reproduce the simulator exactly.
8. Third-party services
GridCue uses third-party services for parts of its operation, including Supabase for account services and Stripe for billing. Use of each simulator and its data remains subject to the relevant publisher’s terms and licences. Third-party outages or policy changes may affect features that depend on those services.
9. Updates and availability
MotionRGB may release fixes, security changes and feature updates. Older builds may stop working correctly after changes to simulators or other dependencies. Where reasonable, MotionRGB may require an update to continue using features that depend on current infrastructure.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
GridCue is provided as a companion tool. To the extent permitted by law, MotionRGB is not responsible for indirect losses caused by simulator outages, third-party services, incorrect telemetry, user configuration or use of GridCue during racing.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow that limitation.
11. Ending an account
You may stop using GridCue at any time. Cancelling GridCue Pro does not automatically delete the GridCue account. For an account or data-deletion request, contact contact@motionrgb.com.
12. Governing rules and disputes
Norwegian law applies to these terms where permitted. Consumers keep any mandatory protections provided by the law that applies to them. If a dispute arises, contact MotionRGB first so the issue can be reviewed directly.
13. Contact
Questions about GridCue, subscriptions or these terms can be sent to contact@motionrgb.com.
